We are passionate about construction projects and we have spent many years building a team with all the right skills to execute them seemlessly.

Our Story

Our founders Francois & Jess consider all sorts of possibilities for new projects, new and old buildings; work hard with their dedicated and growing team of builders and designers; celebrate the island’s natural resources; and push for ever higher standards in quality and sustainability. Both with backgrounds in property and construction and a stint working on super yachts they started P&Y with the goal to build high quality houses in Mallorca.
